Reservation and cancellation terms
Check-IN and Check-OUT
Check-in time is after 14 o´clock on the arrival date. If you may arrive after 18 o´clock, please contact our reception on the telephone number +358 3 812 7100. Our reception is open mon-thu until 22 o´clock and fri-sat until 23 o´clock. It is possible to arrive after that as well, if agreed at beforehand.
Check-out time is until 12 o´clock on the departure date.
2. Reservation
All rights of the possible changes in reservation and cancellation terms will be reserved. The customer is responsible for getting to know and accepting our valid reservation and cancellation terms before confirming a reservation. To the extent that the terms are not mentioned in the reservation and cancellation terms of the Hotel, Hotel Kumpeli Spa applies the general reservation and cancellation regulations of Finnish Hospitality Association MaRa.
Hotel Kumpeli Spa handles all the customer information completely confidentially. Changing or cancelling a pre-paid reservation.
Reservations are binding and payments made in advance will not be returned in case the reservation is cancelled or the customer does not show up at the Hotel. In case the dates of a reservation need to be adjusted, please, contact the Hotel’s reception.
These booking and cancellation terms will apply only to those reservations which are made from Hotel´s own reservation system and are paid in advance.

3. Payments
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider regarding the payments made at the Hotel’s own reservation system. The sale is made between Paytrail Oyj and the customer. For a customer the service works as a traditional online bank service. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution and co-operates with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

4. Credit cards
Following credit cards are accepted for paying reservations:
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.
Reservation is completed when payment is made and confirmed.
In case of force majeure events we apply international regulations.
